
A man arrested in connection to a deadly 2024 shooting inside the Farm Boy Convenience Store took a plea deal Thursday.
Marcus McGinnis was arrested by Louisville Metro Police and charged in the murder of 29 year-old Dominique Dudley inside the convenience store on West Oak Street and Dixie Highway back in March 2024. Dudley was shot several times inside the store and died at the scene.
In addition to murder, McGinnis was also charged with wanton endangerment and being a convicted felon with a gun.
McGinnis is scheduled to be sentenced on November 17.
