A Baptist pastor was arrested Thursday night at his Somerset home on charges involving alleged sexual offenses against minors, according to Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones.
Scott C. Hughes, 54, pastor of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Waynesburg, was charged with second- and third-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse and other offenses. He was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on a $75,000 bond.
