A team of local doctors left Louisville for a goodwill trip to Central America on Sunday morning.
Hand in Hand Ministries and the Greater Louisville Medical Society partnered to send this group of physicians and medical professionals to Nicaragua to help out at local hospitals there.
Each person is taking medical supplies with them to help children and their families.
