Police in Meade County are searching for a male suspect who committed armed robbery.
Muldraugh Police are searching for a male suspect who robbed the DQ Grill & Chill in Muldraugh Monday afternoon. A man went into the restaurant around 2:20 pm and brandished a weapon and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect fled the scene. No injuries were reported during the incident.
Muldraugh Police Chief Charlie Ashbuagh said that the public’s help through social media has led to the identity of the suspect which warrants have been issued for. Police are searching for 31 year-old Stephen Clater in this case. Clater is believed to be armed and dangerous and is believed to be the suspect in an unrelated incident at a neighboring Watts Food Mart a week earlier.
