Emergency crews responded to a call of an overflowing fuel tank Friday night (4/1) in Irvington.
Crews from the Irvington Fire Department, Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Department, Hardinsburg Police and Breckinridge County Emergency Management were called to the Circle K store in Irvington around 11:30 pm Friday (4/1) night after a customer reported to store staff that a underground diesel tank appeared to be overflowing.
Crews with Evergreen Enviromental worked with emergency responders worked through the overnight hours to resolved the situation. No injuries were reported.
