Second District Congressman Brett Guthrie made stop in Meade County on Wednesday (8/10) afternoon.
Guthrie’s “Congress in Your County” tour continues the congressman’s long tradition of meeting with constituents in all 21 counties of the district. Those attending have an opportunity to speak with Congressman Guthrie and his staff about questions or concerns, interactive material on the work being done in Washington, and learn about services his offices can provide to constituents.
A Constituent Services representative was available to speak with constituents individually and discuss any specific casework issues they may have related to Social Security, Medicare, Veterans benefits or any other federal program. The public is invited to attend other session in Breckinridge County Thursday (8/11) afternoon from 4 until 5 pm CDT at the Breckinridge County Public Library in Hardinsburg.
