
Emergency crews in Meade County were called to the scene of a two vehicle accident at Buck Grove.
The accident happened just after 3 pm Thursday (12/1) at the intersection of Kentucky 313 and Buck Grove Road, when a white Ford Edge collided with another car. Four people were treated at the scene by Meade County EMS. One of the patients was airlifted from the scene to University of Louisville Hospital with serious injuries. A second patient was taken by EMS to University of Louisville Hospital, while the two other patients were taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown by EMS.
Highway 313 was closed about an hour and a half as crews from the Meade County Sheriff’s Department, Ekron, Flaherty and Meade County Fire Departments worked to clear up the accidnet scene. No other details have been made available by the Meade County Sheriff’s Department as the investigation the accident continues.
