Emergency units in Breckinridge County responded to a single vehicle accident near Custer.
According to the Breckinridge County Sheriff Department, the accident occurred around 2:50 pm CST Wednesday (1/25) afternoon, in the 5300 block of Kentucky 86, about a mile east of Custer. A Chevrolet HHR driven by Rhonda Davis of Custer, left the roadway, struck a plank fence and traveled about 70 feet, before coming to rest in a field.
Davis was treated at the scene and then taken to Breckinridge Memorial Hospital in Hardinsburg by Breck Central EMS, with non-life threatening injuries. The Custer Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
