
Two people were arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with multiple sex offenses, including those against a person younger than 12, according to police.
Jacqueline Fuqua, 37, and Harvey Fuqua Jr., 50, were arrested at a Flat Rock Road residence by Kentucky State Police. They were arrested on indictment warrants from earlier Thursday, according to arrest citations.
Jacqueline Fuqua is charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim younger than 12, a Class C felony punishable by five to 10 years in prison, if convicted. She also is charged with four counts of first-degree sexual abuse, a Class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison, if convicted.
Harvey Fuqua is charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse, one count of third-degree rape and one count of third-degree sodomy, all Class D felonies.
Both are being held in lieu of $25,000 cash bonds at the Hardin County Detention Center.
