A woman was injured in a shooting early Sunday morning near Bardstown Road, according to Louisville Metro Police.
Officers responded to the 1100 block of Bardstown Road shortly after 3 a.m. and found an adult woman with a gunshot wound to her arm.
Officers provided aid until EMS arrived and took the woman to UofL Hospital. Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Investigators with LMPD’s Non-Fatal Shooting Unit determined the shooting happened in an alley.
All involved parties have been identified and accounted for. The investigation remains ongoing.
