An 18-year-old was arrested after a juvenile was found in his car, under the influence of alcohol and in possession of marijuana.
Kentucky State Police did a traffic stop on KY 54 for speed violations.
Stephen Morrow of Philpot was driving the vehicle and had a large quantity of marijuana, digital scale and cash. A juvenile, who was also in the car, was under the influence of alcohol and in possession of marijuana.
Kentucky State Police said Morrow was charged with Speeding 22mph over the limit, Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8oz 1st offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Careless Driving, Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Possession of open Alcoholic Beverage in a Vehicle, Person 18-20 Possess Alcohol, and Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2nd Degree.
Morrow was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
