
An Elizabethtown man is charged with four felonies after allegedly entering two rooms at Bluegrass Assisted Living and inappropriately touching two elderly men.
According police, 62 year-old Charles M. Ball, admitted to the acts when interviewed by police. He was arrested Tuesday (8/22) afternoon.
According to police, while visiting another patient August 13 at Bluegrass Assisted Living on Regency Way, Ball reportedly entered two separate rooms of two elderly residents without their permission. Both residents told Elizabethtown Police they did not consent “to the sexual contact.”
Ball is charged with two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Ball is being held in lieu of a $25,000 cash bond in the Hardin County Detention Center.
He is scheduled to appear August 31 in Hardin District Court.
