
An employee of Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health in Radcliff suffered two broken ribs early Tuesday (8/22) morning when he attempted to stop a fleeing patient, according to an arrest citation.
According to an arrest citation, the patient, Robert ChenĀcharick, 43, of Cookeville, Tennessee became aggravated, pulled a fire alarm at the Radcliff facility and then attempted to leave the building. A male employee attempted to contain Chencharick and suffered an injury, according to the police. He was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital for treatment.
ChenĀcharick has been charged with felony assault and is being held in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond in the Hardin County Detention Center. He is scheduled to appear August 31 in Hardin District Court.
