
Kentucky State Police arrested a Hartford man after authorities learned he had a sexual relationship with a teenage girl in 2017.
Police said Jonathan Hall, 33, of Hartford, was charged with two counts of third-degree sodomy of a victim under 16; two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor; and being a persistent felony offender. State police launched an investigation into Hall last month after allegations were made that he had a sexual relationship with a 14 year-old girl.
He was arrested at his home and lodged in the the Ohio County Detention Center.
