A Cecilia woman has been indicted by a Hardin County grand jury for illegally obtaining more than $80,000 in Social Security AdÂministration benefits.
Shelly Barrow, 43, is charged with theft by deception of more than $10,000, after she obtained $81,822.64 worth of property or services from the administration between February 2001, and August 31, 2017. She created or reinforced a false impression to deprive the Social Security Administration.
She is scheduled to appear in Hardin Circuit Court on April 24.
