
An Elizabethtown teenager was arrested Thursday (4/26) afternoon by Elizabethtown Police for her role in a robbery.
Mariah Alvarado, 18, is charged with first-degree robbery. According to police, Alvarado was a family friend of a victim and unlocked the entry door to the residence, allowing two males to enter the residence at approximately 4:40 am on April 4. The men entered a bedroom and pointed a handgun at a person.
Alvarado had arranged with another person to enter the home and that there would be money on a dresser in the bedroom to be taken.
She is being held in the Hardin County Detention Center.
