A Kentucky man already facing murder charges in the deaths of his two sons is now facing a separate indictment on charges of sexual abuse.
On Tuesday, a grand jury indicted Dustin Fields on five counts of first-degree sexual abuse, accusing him of repeatedly abusing a child under the age of 12 over a nearly two-year period between 2007 and 2009.
These charges are separate from Fields’ ongoing capital murder and arson case, in which he is accused of setting a house fire in April that killed his sons, Bentley and Rylan Fields.
Fields remains in the Franklin County Regional Jail.
