A Glasgow man is charged with robbery after Barren County Sheriff’s Office got a report of a robbery on Carden Road on October 30.
Christopher Parker, 25, of Glasgow, is facing charges of robbery in the first degree and assault in the second degree.
Deputies said they responded and spoke to the victim and they were able to identify the suspect as Parker.
On November 2, detectives with the Barren County Sheriff’s Office said they found Parker and questioned him.
Parker admitted to assaulting the victim and stealing cash and other items belonging to the victim, according to detectives. He was arrested and taken to the Barren County Correctional Center.
Parker remains in custody under a $15,000 cash bond.
This case remains under investigation by the Barren County Sheriff’s Office.
