Kentucky State Police Post 11 London was notified of a medical emergency on the Moonbow Trail near Cumberland Falls in Whitley County on Friday (07/04) afternoon.
Troopers on the scene conducted a preliminary investigation and determined that 32 year-old Domnesha Scott, of Indiana, had suffered a medical emergency while hiking the trail and was pronounced dead by the Whitley County Coroners Office.
The remains were sent to the Medical Examiners for an autopsy.
