
A man was arrested in Franklin after an investigation by the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force.
On July 10, agents with the drug task force investigated a residence on South Main Street where agents detected an odor of marijuana within the residence.
They were able to obtain a search warrant and seized multiple marijuana plants, processed marijuana, two guns, drug paraphernalia, prescription pills, and money.
Terry Moss, of Franklin, was arrested and charged with the following:
Cultivate in marijuana (5 plants or more; firearm enhancement)
Trafficking in marijuana (8oz to < 5 lbs.) (1st offense; firearm enhancement)
Drug Paraphernalia- Buy/Possess
Possession; 1st degree, 1st offense (Hydrocodone)
Possession; 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified)
Two counts of third-degree possession (drug unspecified)
The Franklin Police Department, Simpson County Sheriff’s Office, Kentucky State Police, Scottsville Police, and Allen County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the arrest.
