A second person has been arrested in a deadly shooting that happened in Bowling Green last month.
On June 25, the Bowling Green Police responded to Martin Auto Mart, located at 1001 31W Bypass. When they went inside, officers found 39-year-old Robert Dark dead inside.
On June 30, Darris Allen was arrested and charged with the murder by complicity of Dark. Police say Allen was a business partner with Dark at a local restaurant that recently closed.
Further investigation led to the arrest of 46 year-old Donald Swain. He was taken into custody in Louisville on July 10. He has been charged with murder and is awaiting extradition back to Bowling Green, where he will be arraigned.
