A man is in critical condition after a shooting near the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood Saturday, July 19.
Louisville police said at 12:12 p.m., officers were called to the 6400 block of Maravian Drive, where they found the man who had been shot. Officers reportedly applied a tourniquet to the victim’s arm, but he had been shot multiple times in the torso.
Police said the man was taken to UofL Hospital where he is in critical condition.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call the anonymous tip line at 502-574-LMPD or use the online crime tip portal.
