A man is dead after a shooting in the Newburg neighborhood Tuesday, July 22.
Louisville police said around 3:15 p.m., officers were called to the 5200 block of Shepherdsville Road, where they found a man who had been shot. He died before he could be taken to the hospital.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating. There are no current suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call the anonymous tip line at 502-574-LMPD or use the online crime tip portal.
