
Seven juveniles and an adult were arrested during a traffic stop in southern Indiana.
Clarksville police said the arrest happened early on July 16. Police said they pulled over a pickup truck for reckless driving on Brown Station Way going into New Albany.
According to police, eight people were in the truck, four of whom were lying down in the bed, and all were wearing black and had ski masks on.
Police said they found several guns inside the truck, including an AR-15 pistol with no serial numbers, a handgun with a 3D printed lower frame, and a handgun that had been stolen in a carjacking in Shelbyville, Kentucky.
Police arrested the driver, 21-year-old Cris Badillo, and charged him with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, reckless driving with endangerment and neglect of a dependent.
The seven juveniles, who were aged between 16 and 17, were arrested and charged with obliterating identification marks on a firearm, theft of a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana.
