Law enforcement officials are asking people with information about a man believed to be connected to the deaths of three women to come forward.
The Winchester Police Department announced on Tuesday that detectives would like to speak with anyone who has had a personal relationship with Brian Epperson, has used Epperson as a contractor, or Epperson has had access to or completed maintenance inside their residence in the past three years.
Anyone willing to speak is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Reed at mreed@winchesterky.com or (859) 745-7418.
Brian Epperon is charged with the murder of Kristen Morris, who was found dead from an apparent overdose at an Airbnb in Powell County in May.
He has also been connected to the death of Reachel Dawson, who was found in a room at a Red Roof Inn in Winchester on June 27. So far, he is only facing a meth possession charge in connection with her death.
Detectives also believe he may be connected to the death of another woman who was found dead from an overdose at a Fayette County hotel in November 2024.
Epperson is also facing a video voyeurism charge in a separate case.
