Louisville Police has arrested a suspect believed to be involved in a robbery outside the Springhurst Home Goods on Towne Center Drive.
According to the arrest citation, 27-year-old Quentin Greene and a woman got into a verbal altercation in the parking lot when Greene allegedly pulled out a gun and demanded she hand over her purse.
Police said Greene asked the woman, “You really want to die for this?” before grabbing the purse and fleeing back into his car.
The arrest report states the victim followed Greene and began a physical altercation inside the co-defendant’s vehicle. The co-defendant, 25-year-old Chelsea Johnson, sped off with the victim still inside, before the woman was pushed out when the vehicle stopped.
Police report the victim sustained a cut to her arm during the incident.
The arrest report said Greene and Johnson went to Mall St. Matthews and spent more than $1,400 charged to the woman’s credit cards.
Greene is facing three charges: robbery, wanton endangerment and fraudulent use of a credit card. He is being held on a $15,000 full cash bond.
Johnson is facing the same charges in addition to failure to produce an insurance card.
