Kentucky State Police are searching for two individuals who escaped from Dismas Charities in Owensboro on Monday.
On July 28, at approximately 1:30 p.m. CDT, Kentucky Probation and Parole contacted Kentucky State Police Post 16 stating two females under supervision and living at Dismas Charities had removed their ankle monitors and could not be located.
Latavia Green, age 25, is described as 5’5″ and weighs 132 pounds with black eyes and black hair. She was facing Criminal Possession Forged Instrument-2nd Degree-Identify charges.
Eva Spencer, age 36, is described at 5″3″ and weighs 145 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She was facing Fraudulent Use Credit Card, Criminal Possession Forged Instrument-2nd Degree charges.
