
A man has been arrested in connection with the search for a 15-month-old led by Shively police on Tuesday.
The child was found safe, but now the father has been charged.
According to court documents, 25-year-old Darius Calloway picked up his child at day care and when the child’s mother went to his home, he and another person started shooting at her car.
Police said her car was hit multiple times, but she managed to drive away without getting shot herself.
Calloway is charged with wanton endangerment, assault and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
He appeared in court Wednesday morning, where his bond was set at $100,000.
