A man is dead after crashing his motorcycle on 3rd Street Road near Windsor Park Drive in south Louisville early Sunday morning.
Louisville Metro Police officers responded to the scene just after 3 a.m. Preliminary investigation showed the biker was traveling southbound down 3rd Street Road.
When the biker approached the intersection of Windsor Park Drrive he struck a guardrail causing him to be ejected off the motorcycle.
The man was transported to University Hospital by Pleasure Ridge Park EMS, where he died from his injuries after arriving.
LMPD’s Traffic Unit is handling the investigation.
