
A woman was taken to the hospital Thursday morning after she was found shot in her car on the side of I-65.
Louisville Police were responding to a call of a vehicle collision on I-65 near Grade Lane just after 3:45 a.m. on August 28. When officers arrived and located the vehicle, they found a woman who had been shot.
She was conscious and was taken to UofL Hospital where she underwent surgery. She is expected to survive.
Louisville Metro Police Department asks that anybody with information about the incident call its anonymous tip line at 502-574-LMPD.
