A deadly ATV accident has taken the life of a middle-school student in Fleming County.
The Fleming County Coroner said the accident happened on Thursday night. A juvenile was taken to UK Hospital for her injuries, where she died the next day.
The victim of the crash has been identified as 7th-grade student Lindsey Marshall, who was a cheerleader at the school.
Fleming County Schools is offering counseling to anyone who needs it.
