
A man has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Old Louisville on Wednesday.
According to Louisville Metro Police Department, officers responded to a call of the shooting in the 1200 block of South 3rd Street at around 6:42 p.m. on September 10.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers found a man who had been shot. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
After the investigation, detectives learned that 32 year-old William Bradley, Jr. had gotten into a verbal altercation with the victim. At some point during the fight, detectives say Bradley. brandished a gun and shot and killed the victim.
As the suspect fled the scene, police say he fired his weapon in the direction of four bystanders.
Bradley has been charged with murder and four counts of wanton endangerment. He is being held in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.
