
Kentucky State Police is investigating a fiery fatal collision involving four tractor-trailers and two passenger cars in Woodford County.
Authorities said Kentucky State Police troopers were called to help investigate a fatal crash that happened on Interstate 64 west near the 61-mile marker around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Two of the semi drivers and one of the occupants of the passenger vehicles died at the scene, according to the Kentucky State Police.
Two other people in the passenger cars and one of the commercial vehicle drivers were injured and taken to different area hospitals.
Due to the complex nature of the investigation, police said no other information is available at this time.
