A woman was stabbed and killed in Valley Station early Sunday morning.
Sgt. Matthew Sanders, a spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to a home in the 4100 block of Autumn Way on a reported stabbing.
Officers found a woman with lacerations to her throat and she was pronounced deceased on the scene, according to police.
