A Tompkinsville man is behind bars after a theft from a vape shop.
On Sunday, January 11, a Tompkinsville police officer responded to a theft complaint at Lucky 7 Vape Shop
After a investigating the incident, police were able to get information on a possible suspect.
After locating the suspect, he was taken to the department for an interview. Officers were able to get information and locate the stolen items.
Stephen Hammonds of Tompkinsville was placed under arrest and charged with third-degree burglary and trafficking in synthetic drugs (1st offense).
