Christopher Lee “Chris” Welch, age 50 of Brandenburg, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026.
He was born on December 16, 1975, the son of Teresa Welch. He was preceded in death by his Granny, Elsie Grace Welch.

Five children: Katie Beyl, Ryan Welch, Hunter, Jake, and Carly Logsdon;
His mother: Teresa Ferguson;
Two sisters: Jamie Mills and Monica Joiner;
His brother: Davy Ferguson.
A celebration of Chris’s life will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026, at the Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg. Cremation will follow.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the funeral home to aid the family with expenses.
