Hardin County Sheriff’s Office investigators are investigating a robbery that happened shortly after 3 a.m. on Saturday, July 4, in the 5000 block of Hardinsburg Road in Cecilia.
Deputies say a person was assaulted during the robbery and taken to Baptist Health Hardin with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
Detectives served a search warrant at a residence connected to the case and collected evidence. The investigation remains active, and no additional information is being released at this time.
