Three men are in the hospital after a shooting near downtown Louisville on Saturday.
The shooting was reported around 6:20 p.m. in the 500 block of Roy Wilkins Avenue, on the edge of the Russell neighborhood, according to Louisville Metro Police.
When officers arrived on scene, they found three men suffering from gunshot wounds.
All three men were transported by EMS to the University of Louisville Hospital to be treated.
One man, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds, remains in critical condition.
The other two men are expected to survive, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD’s Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is leading the investigation, which remains ongoing.
