The investigation into a Shively liquor store where four people were shot on July 11 now includes allegations of illegal gambling.
Shively ABC said there is a hearing scheduled Friday over the license for HK Liquors on Ralph Avenue and that allegations of illegal gambling is a part of the investigation.
A quadruple shooting happened inside the store around 3 a.m. Saturday morning, that is after the store was supposed to be closed.
Shively ABC suspended its liquor license the following day. The police investigation into the shooting is still underway with no arrests so far.
