A Brownsville man died in a one vehicle accident Tuesday (07/14) evening in Edmonson County.
Kentucky State Police Post 03 received a call from Edmonson County dispatch about a single vehicle fatal collision around 7 p.m. in the 3800 block of Segal Road.
A preliminary investigation indicates that a white Chevrolet passenger vehicle, operated by 65 year-old Minor Tim Kinser of Brownsville, was traveling east on Segal Road. Kinser’s vehicle left the roadway and collided with a tree, where the vehicle then caught on fire. Kinser was pronounced dead at the scene by the Edmonson County Coroner.
Kentucky State Police was assisted at the scene by Edmonson County EMS and Edmonson County Coroner’s Office. The investigation is ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
