
A Kentucky man arrested earlier this year on child exploitation charges has now been indicted.
A Breckinridge County grand jury indicted 25-year-old Nicholas Renfro on 10 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12, according to Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman’s office.
Kentucky State Police initially arrested Renfro on May 21 following an investigation into allegations he was sharing child sexual exploitation images online.
Renfro is currently being held in the Breckinridge County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned September 2.
