A Cecilia man was indicted last week by a Hardin County grand jury on two counts of first-degree sodomy with a girl younger than 12.
An investigation conducted on March 10 confirmed Seth Moutter, 18, as a second suspect in a sodomy case.
In an interview at Elizabethtown Police Department with another suspect involved, police determined Moutter was involved in sexual activity with a female relative younger than 12 years old. The alleged crime occurred in November 2013 behind a residence.
Moutter was arrested March 10 and remains in the Hardin County Detention Center in lieu of a $50,000 cash bond. The charge is a Class A felony, punishable by up to 50 years in prison, if convicted.
