A man is facing a murder charge after a woman’s body was discovered inside of a culvert Friday morning.
Dewayne Gribbins, 42, was taken into custody by the Campbellsville Taylor County Major Crime Task Force Friday after the woman’s body was found in a culvert under Highway 744 around 5:50 a.m.
Campbellsville police identified the woman as 39 year-old Christina Gribbins.
Her body was taken to the State Medical Examiners Officer in Louisville where an autopsy will be performed.
The case remains under investigation by the Campbellsville police.
