A popular family event will return to downtown Brandenburg, as organizers announced the scheduled line up of the Summer Movies in the Park series.
The series is presented by the City of Brandenburg and the Meade County Band Boosters. The series in it’s third year will begin next month featuring the Minons on Friday, May 13. Other title films include: Star Wars- The Force Awakens on May 27; Zootopia on June 22; Kunfu Panda 3 on July 8; followed by The Goonies on July 22.
Admission to the movies is free and concessions will be available, with the proceeds going to the Meade County High School Band Boosters. Before each movie, preshow karaoke will be available by Happy Hour Productions. Each movie will begin at dusk at the Brandenburg Ampitheater.
