The runaway Grayson County teen who’s accused of crimes in multiple states has his jury trial continued.
Dalton Hayes jury trial was scheduled for Monday, October 17. On Tuesday (10/11), he had three trial dates scheduled for the multiple charges he faces. On May 2, 2017 he’ll have a trial for Rape 2nd degree and Custodial Interference. He also had trial dates scheduled for February 1 and September 25, 2017.
Hayes was arrested in January of 2015 after two weeks on the run with a minor. He was 18 at the time of the alleged crimes.
Hayes is facing several other charges including burglary and theft.
