A single vehicle accident sent at least one person to the hospital Tuesday (11/8) morning.
According to the Meade County Sheriff’s Department, the accident happened around 10:30 am in the 6600 block of Highway 79 along Nick Mill Stretch. A vehicle ran off of the road way near a curve. At least one person was taken to Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana for their injuries by Meade County EMS. The Ekron Fire Department assisted the Meade County Sheriff’s Department at the scene. No other details were immediately available.
