
A juvenile driver suffered non life threatening injuries after a roll over accident.
According to the Meade County Sheriff’s Department, the accident happened around 9:20 pm on Highway 710, known as Old State Road, when a vehicle driven by the teen lost control and rolled over. Units from the Meade County Sheriff’s Department, Meade County Fire and EMS all responded to the scene about a half mile from the Brandenburg. The teen was out of the vehicle emergency crews arrived at the scene. The teenager was taken to Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana for his injuries by Meade County EMS.
The roadway reopened around about an hour later after crews cleaned up the scene. The accident remains under investigation by the Meade County Sheriff’s Department.
