An Edmonson County man is behind bars after police found him naked behind a home on Sunfish School Road Wednesday morning.
Kentucky State Police arrested 30-year-old Timothy Ellison after they found him passed out in a yard, under the influence of drugs. Police later found out the Ellison was a fugitive from the state of Indiana.
Further investigation into the incident led police across the street where two more arrests were made. 40-year-old Travis Howard and 30-year-old Jenny Duvall were charged with possession of a controlled substance. Timothy Ellison is currently being held in the Hart County Jail on charges of public intoxication as well as being a fugitive from another state.
