The Kentucky State Police arrested a woman on a laundry list of drug charges, including Failure To Use Child Restraint Device, after a traffic stop in Owensboro.
Kentucky State Police pulled over 34-year-old Lisa Pessia, of Owensboro, for speeding on KY 144.
During the traffic stop, Pessia was placed under arrest and charged with Posession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense methamphetamine, Buy and Possess Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding 10 mph over, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Failure to Use Child Restraint Device, Expired Operators License, Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Drugs 1st Offense, Failure to Wear a Seat Belt and Promoting Contraband.
