Work is scheduled to begin Monday (5/22) near Stephensburg on a project to replace a bridge on US 62 in western Hardin County.
The bridge is located between Morrison Lane and Kentucky 1375 east of the Stephensburg community. Work will require reducing the bridge to one lane with a signal directing alternating one-way traffic. Short delays will be possible and affected motorists are urged to allow additional time for travel, especially during morning and afternoon peak commute hours.
Although the contractor has until September 1st to complete the project, work is expected to be finished in July.
